Why Glue stains are tricky

Adhesive stains contain polymer resins that bond to fibers on a molecular level as they cure, forming tight mechanical entanglements with the weave.

How to prevent Glue stains

Keep glue containers capped immediately after use. For superglue, work quickly — it bonds within seconds and becomes much harder to remove once fully cured. Acetone (nail polish remover) dissolves most adhesives if applied while still tacky.
